This practice provides professional outpatient psychotherapy services, including individual counseling and clinical mental health assessments. Therapeutic approaches are tailored to support clients across the lifespan navigating:

Life Transitions & Grief: Supporting adults, including senior adults, through major life adjustments, aging, loss, and developmental changes.

Neurodiversity & Learning Differences: Focused support for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD in both youth and adults, helping clients leverage strengths and navigate daily environments.

Anxiety, Trauma, & Recovery: Compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals managing anxiety disorders, healing from trauma, and recovering from acute stress.

Chronic & Complex Conditions: Clinical management and therapeutic support for individuals living with long-term mental health conditions, including Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia Spectrum disorders.

Inclusive & Identity-Affirming Support: A welcoming, safe, and confidential environment providing supportive care for diverse relationship dynamics, varied lifestyle expressions, and LGBTQ+ or transgender youth.

Client Eligibility & Practice Boundaries

Ages Served: Services are available for adults, senior adults, adolescents, and older children. Please note that this practice does not accept or treat pediatric clients younger than 10 years of age.

Scope of Practice: This is a strictly voluntary, outpatient clinical practice. Services do not include forensic evaluations, court-ordered therapy, custody evaluations, or mandatory legal treatments.

Billing & Business Operations

In partnership with secure payment networks like Stripe, this practice accepts digital payments for professional clinical services, copays, and private pay fees. All transactions are handled securely in accordance with standard privacy and merchant guidelines. No merchandise or products sold or distributed within this practice.

Payments accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Aetna, Tricare (Triwest), out of network benefits and self pay.
